Shipping document is the proof of ownership of ship, nature, technical condition and operating performance. After Legal registration, technical evaluation and owning official documents, ship can be operated. The necessary documents as followings:
(1) Certificate of Nationality; 
(2) Certificate of Ownership;
(3) Certificate of Classification;
(4) Tonnage Certificate;
(5) Certificate of Load Line;
(6) Crew List; 
(7) Log Book. 

In addition, ship also need Engine log, Health log,wireless log and so on. All in/out port ships must submit all the above-mentioned documents to Port authority.
